Lisa Marie Probert
Lisa trained at both the Royal ballet Upper and lower schools before graduating to dance with London City Ballet. She then went on to dance principle roles in Peter Schaufuss ballet in Denmark, including the White Swan and Aurora as well as roles created on her such as Pricilla Presley in “The King”. She then joined English National Ballet for 10 years dancing, doing soloist and principle roles such as Bluebird, Song Fairy, White Cat, Red Riding Hood, Silver, White Cat (Sleeping Beauty), Autumn Fairy, Summer Fairy,(Cinderella) Gerda (Snow Queen), Clara (nutcracker), Alice (Alice in Wonderland), roles in Romeo and Juliet, Manon, Etudes, and Rite of Spring, amongst many others and in new works. After leaving ENB Lisa was a guest in galas abroad where she started teaching and danced Juliet as a guest artist before studying for a diploma in classical dance teaching. She has been teaching for 4 years and particularly enjoys teaching professionals and new graduates preparing them for company life. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher.
Elsabet Yonas is a UK based dancer & choreographer specialising in Hip Hop and Street dance. However, her choreographic style is influenced by a variety of styles she has trained in including House, Popping, Contemporary & Dancehall. Elsabet is a part of two-time World of Dance (UK) winners Academy of Definitives with whom she has trained for four years.
Tarek Khwiss is a dancer, choreographer and instructor with a vision to innovate and unite the creative industries. He started training at the age of 15 and started out with Greenhouse dance, who had educated him about the history of dance. At 17, Tarek entered Lewisham College and came out with knowledge and technical training in Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz. Currently, he has his own brand “Gawz Empire”, which is a company and movement to “unite one to unite all”. His credits include teaching workshops in Washington DC, Italy and Austria, as well as dancing for Hunter LTM, Sky Atlantic “Kevin Bacon”, Vodafone, Spotify, Nick Helms “Uncle”, Superdrug “Rihanna” perfume launch, “DANONE” campaign and Stedman Pearson.
Foundationz Cru formed in 1995 and consists of breakers from the 1st generation of b.boys in London since the 1980's.
They have danced for MTV, GMTV, music videos and in commercials for the BBC, and “keep it real” by going to clubs and events across the world to jam and battle other b.boys and crews.
As well as performing in shows, they have performed in and choreographed for the film About A Boy, and appeared in TV documentaries, Black on Black (Channel 4), Bad Meaning Good (BBC), Eye Candy (Channel 4), World B.Boying Championships (Trouble TV), and Arena’s ‘Bombin’ A Hip hop History Pt 2 (BBC).
Madeleine moved to London at 18, having just completed her Canadian RAD Advanced 2 ballet exam, to continue with her dance training.
She has trained with various companies such as Collective Ent, Dragon Darlings and currently with UnTitled. She has worked with various choreographers including Lukas McFarlane, Del Mak, Julia Spiesser and Kash Powell.
She has taught for various schools in many parts of the UK, Canada and Poland.
Christie Lee Manning
Christie Lee Manning was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, and has worked with renowned artists such as Lenny Kravitz, Nelly Furtado and Michael Buble.
She has taught all over the world, toured Brazil with contemporary company Lamondance, and choreographed for the National Lacrosse League.
Other credits include the sitcom Package Deal (TV), sci-fi series Warehouse 13 (TV), and Sky 1's 'Got To Dance' Season 5 with mentor Adam Garcia.
Christie is the Creator of Industry Dance Magazine, a Canadian online website for dancers and choreographers alike.
She is currently a member of Lukas McFarlane's contemporary company, UnTitled, and is the artistic director of BODY Jazz Theatre UK.
Adele has a passion for tap that takes her all over the world. Having danced from a young age, she represented England at the World Tap Championships and has appeared in numerous productions.
Adele has a growing reputation within the London tap scene where she regularly performs.
Adele recently performed as part of Andrew Nemr’s Cats Paying Dues Company in their 10th anniversary show in New York.
As a qualified teacher, Adele coaches at several dance colleges and runs her own workshops to share her passion for the tradition and history of tap dance.
Adele’s drive to grow her knowledge and experience of tap has lead her to train with some of the best teachers. She attends workshops and festivals in Europe and the United States, learning from some of the best performers and teachers in modern tap dance.
